with your order of “Hidden Shapes Animals - VR”.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use the
game. If you have purchased a single copy from YAW STUDIOS or an authorized distributor,
reseller or any retail channel, you may return it unused, within thirty (7) days after purchase,
for a refund of your payment less any incidental charges. The 7-day warrantee is applicable
only to products bought within Brazil. Products downloaded to or shipped out of Brazil are
strictly non-refundable, except excluded statement otherwise by YAW STUDIOS or third party
dealer.
You acknowledge that YAW STUDIOS may collect data derived from your game and / or use of
the products. For example, the YAW STUDIOS can collect and process information about your
computer including where available your IP address, operating system, your progress in the
game, which game mode you more access, achievements, etc .... They are statistical data
about their actions and usage patterns that do not identify any individual. Gathering and storing
the above and game data is solely to facilitate existing product functionality, to help YAW
STUDIOS identify improvements that can be made to them or other games based on general
game standards and for digital management purposes.
The parties agree that all correspondence or e-mail relating to this Agreement shall be in the
Brazilian Portuguese language.
